Welcome to Price It, your online guide to explore PHM Financial's products and run pricing scenarios 24 hours a day. In addition, you will also be able to track your loans in process and submit lock requests!

To begin using Price It
1. Contact your Account Executive for user name and password
1. Disable any pop-up blocking software in order to access Price It
2. Click on the following link to launch Price It
3. Do not use your web browser navigation. You must use main navigation within this website

Pricing a Scenario
1. Click on "Product Search" on the left-side of the navigation
2. Complete your scenario as desired, paying special attention to the required fields
3. To display more pricing options you may leave the "desired price", "desired rate", and "desired lock period" field blank
4. Click on "Submit" once you have completed your loan scenario to see the programs available
5. Click on the desired Product name to see pricing detail
6. You may change any attributes to the scenario on the left-side of the screen and hit re-submit

Registering or Saving the Loan
1. When viewing the pricing detail after the product search, click on the indicated pricing example to go to the lock form
2. Complete and verify any blank fields
3. Click "Save as Prospect" or "Register Loan" as desired from the menu

Lock Request
1. Please do not submit a lock request until you have conditional underwriting
approval

Closing Price It
1. To end the program, click "Log Out" or simply close the browser window
